DECORATIVE PAINTING
Redfern Design is a highly versatile company with over 30 years of experience in the painting field and a tremendous knowledge of color and technique. We bring a well rounded sense of art and creativity to every project whether commercial or residential.
We work with a variety of different finishes including trompe L’oiel, gilding, wall washes, lime, clay paints, plasters, faux bois, faux marblizing, murals, Venetian plasters, and stuccos.
We have been focused on using earth safe products. We utilize one of the oldest and cleanest building materials: earthborn clay. In lieu of harmful chemicals such as Latex (PVA polyvinyl acrylic) and Oil (Alkyd paint containing petroleum) or the tints used in the majority of all paint purchased by homeowners and as a building material in construction, we choose to work with environmentally safe products. Our limitless palette is created by adding earth pigments and various sheens are created by using plant waxes.
Redfern Design also provides color consultation and specification services, to assist you in your design needs.
